Hi everyone, my name is Lonneke,i'm dutch and on holiday in your beautiful country. A friend gave us a beautiful bird called a tjädar, which I found, is in Holland a protected bird, so no recipes whatsoever. I'd love to make a nice dish with it, preferable, the whole bird, straight from the oven. Who'll help me with a nice, traditional, swedish, recipe? Thank you very much! |
