Instruktioner
- Blanda samman torkat chilipulver, chiliflakes, rökt paprikapulver (piemento), ingefära, vitlökssalt och grovmalen svartpeppar.
- Gnid in kryddblandingen i köttet. Grilla runt om karrén i 6-7 min.
- Lägg köttet i mitten av grillen på indirekt värme i ca 25-30 minuter. Köttsaften skall vara genomskinligt ljus när man skär i köttet.
- Låt köttet vila 5-10 min innan man skär upp och serverar det.
- Grönsaker: välj grönsaker du tycker om tex: paprika, bifftomater, vårlök, sparris. Smaksätt med salt, peppar och olivolja. Snåla inte med saltet och grilla dessa klara.

Helt ok. Dock är grilltiden väldigt optimistisk satt, minst dubbla tiden går det åt om man inte delar i mindre bitar.
